the Best (& Cheapest) Places to Buy Makeup Online

I am a stay-at-home Mom.And by stay-at-home, I mean I REALLY stay at home. I am disabled and have a 4 year old son, so whenever possible, I do my shopping online. Because of this I have done alot of research and my many hours of googling have made me sort of an expert on where to get the best deals possible. I am sure many of you already know about some of these sites, but I wanted to share these with you just in case you haven't.
Many of these sites also have coupons available, and if you sign up to get emails from them they will notify when they are having a sale , and sometimes send coupons directly to you.

My all-time favorite site, eyeslipsface( e.l.f. ) is famous for doing this- I get emails from them a few times a week, telling me about sales and also coupons. They are incredibly affordable and the quality of their products is amazing!Prices start at $1, and they frequently have 50% off sales. If you have never tried them, you will be pleasantly surprised!!

There are two sites, bh cosmetics & Coastal Scents, that are very similar, they both have amazing deals on palettes, and super-soft, amazing brushes. They also have really good sales, and they have them just about every week. You can also find coupon codes for them -just google it and you will see a long list of options. I tend to choose Coastal Scents for eye shadows, because some of them are extremely pigmented (see my Youtube channel for my reviews on them!), and some are exact dupes for MAC shadows. I LOVE their shadows-they are, without a doubt, my favorite. The "Think Pink" palette and the "Creative Me 1" are my 2 most used palettes! I prefer bh cosmetics for my brushes, because they have a wide variety of brush sets, all of which are so soft and the highest quality, and they have outstanding sales on them.
I recommend checking out both sites before you place an order, just so you can see who has what on sale at that particular time. And don't forget to sign up for the emails!!

If you want name brand, high-end makeup, but don't want to pay full price for it (Who does!?), then you need to check out ACW (All Cosmetics Wholesale). They have brands like NARS, MAC,Urban Decay, Dior, Lime Crime, and many , many more. The prices are unbelievable! I purchase a few Urban Decay palettes for under $20 each! You can save an extra 30% off of the sale items too, just use the code "SALE30" when you checkout. This site is something you really need to see for yourself- and the name brands say it all. No guessing on the quality of the products!

There are so many other fantastic sites to order makeup,( Sephora, Ulta,& Beautilish are really great ones)-But none of them can compare when it comes to cost!
Now get outta here and go do some shopping!! :-)

My Obsession With Eyeshadow Palettes

I love makeup. All kinds of makeup-many different brands.. But lately I have realized that I am particularly obsessed with one type of makeup in particular...eyeshadow. More specifically, eyeshadow palettes.
I blame the artist in me for this.. some palettes are so beautiful to look at-not just once they are on your eyes, but in the palette itself.I especially love my Inglot palettes, because I design them myself , and their colors are absolutely gorgeous!!I will end up buying their shadows until I have them all, and spend hours getting the palettes perfect..just so that they are "pretty" to look at . I will probably never be able to wear all of the ones I currently own, but for me, it is like owning a piece of artwork. I wish that I could frame them and put them on my wall.

Thanks to sites that sell them extremely cheap,& stores like Kmart & Big Lots having sales,I have managed to acquire a pretty decent collection of palettes in a short period of time. I Some are high-end brands, some are brands I have never heard of, but couldn't resist the colors. I have neutral palettes, bright palettes, neon palettes, smoky palettes, metallic palettes, pastel palettes,& matte palettes.

Recently I purchased some pigments & a kit for pressing eyeshadows. I guess that means my obsession has gone to a whole new level..It isn't enough just to buy eyeshadow palettes, now I want to make my own. I can mix colors together and actually design my own personalized colors. That is  too awesome to even put into words.

I can't wait to get started experimenting with them.Who knows, maybe I will get really good at making them and develop my own line of eyeshadows- combining my love of art & makeup!

Kmart mini-haul

They had a few eye shadow palettes on clearance at Kmart today, so I figured I may as well grab them. I honestly expected them to be crap, but I am VERY surprised at how nice these shadows are!!
The first ones I saw were by Profusion, who I have heard of before, but never actually tried. The particular palettes they had are called "Ready To Glow"
.Each one has 12 different shadows, and each palette was $1.99.There must have been about 6 different ones, all with similar colors but with slight differences.I bought the one with the most pink shades in it. Not sure why I only picked one, but now that i know how awesome the shadows are I am going back to get more!!
All of the palettes had gorgeous colors! Shimmery, white, pink, brown and gold hues. They are super pigmented and feel extremely creamy on your skin. I have not actually worn these on my eyes, but the way they looked and felt on my hand with no primer- I can only imagine how fabulous they are going to look !!

The other brand that caught my eye was L.A. COLORS. They had 5 different palettes on sale for $3.99,and they all had really pretty colors, but I have so many eye shadows now, I decided to only get 2 of them.
They have 16 eye shadows, and just like the Profusion palettes, these all have great pigmentation & feel ultra creamy. These have a wide variety of gorgeous colors-all have at least some shimmer to them. Some appear more shimmery than others on your skin.

One of the palettes is called "Haute".It has some neutral shades, pinks,
yellow, greens, blues & purples. I REALLY like this palette. The colors are all very vibrant and the faint hint of shimmer makes them absolutely gorgeous.

The second one I picked up is called "Smokin".The shadows in this palette have a deeper, richer tone to them- browns, greens, blues, and greys,a beautiful magenta shade, champagne, lilac, white, and  a nice black shade.Just
like the other palette. these all have wonderful pigmentation, feel super creamy and have just the right amount of shimmer.

So it looks like I will be making another trip back to Kmart soon :-)..These are incredible deals!! Just proves you don't always get what you pay for!!!
